What can we help with?
Something different? Send it through. We have plenty of flexibility for bulky and awkward items, but there are practical limits to the size and volume we can carry in a single trip. If it can be safely and practically transported on the ClearOut flat deck ute, we’ll work out the best way forward.

Know the basics before you book.
Most straightforward local jobs use a base service fee plus distance. Send us the details and we’ll confirm your total before collection.
LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY
From $60 + distance
$60 incl. GST
Covers one standard local pickup and delivery, with practical loading help, careful handling and secure transport included.

First 15 km:
$2.00 per km
Distance beyond 15 km:
$3.50 per km
Distance is calculated using the normal mapped road distance between the pickup and delivery locations.
Travel from ClearOut’s base to the pickup point is not included in this customer kilometre calculation.
Pickup and delivery service details
Big or awkward item?
ClearOut is currently a one-person service. If an item cannot be safely handled by one person, suitable help will need to be available at pickup and/or delivery.
Just let us know what’s being moved beforehand. Photos and approximate dimensions help us work out the safest and most practical way to handle the job before we arrive.
When a job needs a little more.
Most jobs fit the standard service. Where an item, access or loading situation requires meaningfully more time or handling, an additional handling allowance may apply. We’ll let you know before the job.
Examples may include awkward stairs, difficult access, particularly awkward items, additional protection or substantially greater loading/unloading effort.
These allowances are not added automatically simply because an item is large.
If a pickup or delivery can’t be completed
We plan each job around the agreed pickup and delivery details. If ClearOut arrives as arranged but the job cannot reasonably proceed because the customer, seller or recipient is unavailable, access cannot be provided, the item is not ready, or required lifting assistance is unavailable, an additional charge may apply.
An unsuccessful collection may incur a $50 call-out charge.
If an item has already been collected and delivery cannot be completed, any additional transport, redelivery or other reasonable costs will be discussed with you before the next step wherever practicable.
Normal handover time is built into the service. Additional charges are intended for significant delays or unsuccessful trips, not ordinary loading, unloading or handover time.
Something outside the standard setup?
Multiple stops, unusual loads, difficult access, specialist transport requirements or jobs outside the normal local service can still be considered.

What the service is not
ClearOut Pickup & Delivery is designed for practical local transport — furniture, appliances, purchases, materials, equipment and other individual or bulky loads.
It is not intended to operate as a full household moving company, parcel courier network or specialist freight service. If you’re unsure where your job fits, send it through and we’ll let you know whether it’s something we can practically help with.
